We accept all major debit and credit cards, you can also pay via ApplePay or Klarna.

I've received a faulty item, what do I do?

We’re so sorry if you receive an item that’s not in perfect condition.

Please include in your email:

- Your name

- Order number

- Product name

- Picture of the fault

- Description of the fault

We will look to get this resolved as quickly as possible for you.

My order is incorrect, what do I do?

We’re really sorry if you receive an incorrect order.

If items are missing from your order or your order is incorrect, please contact us at contact@ariathelabel.com

Please include in your email:

- Your name

- Order number

- Issue with your order

- Picture of the issue if possible

We will look to get this resolved as quickly as possible for you.

Can I cancel or amend an order after it has been placed?

Depending on what stage your order has reached you may be able to cancel or amend your order.

Please email us at contact@ariathelabel.com including your order number and a brief description of whether you want to cancel or amend, and what the amendments you would like to make are.

If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or amend your order and you will need to return this to us for a refund.

Please note we are unable to change the delivery option or payment method.
